Where in the world are Kyle, Danielle, and Reed?
This is a new addition to the site. Since we've moved around a lot and have done a fair amount of traveling, we are posting some interesting maps here. We are also using it to practice some Web 2.0 mashup tricks.
The first map shows places we've lived recently. Currently, we are in New York, but we plan on moving to France from Feb-Aug 2008.

Here are some of our most recent flickr photos with "georeferencing". It has 500 photos instead of just 20, but it doesn't show the thumbnails like normal Flickr KML feed (although the normal KML feed when processed with Google maps doesn't give a link to the photo either). It was created from this pipe, which Alto Maltés made very quickly after I made the suggestion.

This is a map of our visitors from Google Analytics. We only started getting reports on Jan 4, 2008, so it doesn't have a very populated map yet. Also, I don't see a way to imbed the interactive map in this website, so it's just a screen shot as of Jan 14.
Here is an iCalendar of our flickr photos made via this yahoo pipe and processed with gCalDeamon. That's done on my local computer (I really wish there was a web service to do the RSS to iCal conversion), and then published to this website. Finally, I had Google calendar subscribe to the feed and I embedded it below. The resulting calendar isn't as nice as I'd like. It would be nice if when you click on the Calendar entry the photo showed up, or at least if the link to the flickr photo was usable. Also, I would rather it use the date the photo was taken instead of the date the photo was uploaded (can the pipe do that?). Also, most of the uploads happen in a single day, but the calendar makes it look like it was over several consecutive days.
