Interests

I have grand plans for this part of my website... so grand I've been avoiding doing anything with it for the last year. In the meantime, here's a quick list of things/people I love. Also, I've got a bunch of photos on Flickr. Just click on the image to the right to see them.

• Taking care of my baby boy, Reed. He keeps me running!
• Friends & family. Sadly, most of them are far away. We are trying to make the rounds, slowly but surely!
• Reading. Just finished "Fire in the Blood" and started "Eleven Minutes."
• Photography. You could pretty much replay our lives as a movie if you strung all of our photos together.
• Cooking vegetarian. That is, when we're not ordering in from one of the million fantastic restaurants in our area!
• Dancing. Salsa, merengue, samba, forró, lindy hop... heck, whatever you got. And I don't mean ballroom style; gimme the real stuff.
• Hiking. Haven't gotten to do a whole lot of this since the little guy arrived, though we did hike Saba during our 5th anniversary trip!
• Beer. Mmm... beer.
• Gardening. I really need to find somewhere in the city to get my hands dirty.
