- Coordinated food safety education program for low-income, at-risk populations with a team of approximately 20 trainers throughout New York, Louisiana, Wisconsin and tribal lands therein.
- Coordinated development of bilingual, web-based educational tool: an interactive Flash animated quiz for which results were compiled in a secure online database for measuring improvement.
- Developed two web sites to support the program, compiled accompanying paper-based materials.
